Classes & Events

Payments for classes and events are required at time of booking. Bookings can be made up to the day before each class or event (unless stated otherwise), provided spaces are still available. Please arrive in good time to ensure a prompt start. We will endeavour to start at the time advertised. Please be aware that the classes and events have been carefully planned out; if you are more that 20 minutes late you may not be able to participate because the tutor would have to cover the same material twice, which would be unfair to the other participants.

Class cancellations by you

Our classes and events are non-refundable.

If you provide at least 14 days notice of your intention to cancel your place on a booked class or event your options are as follows:

  • We can transfer you on to another class or event, if spaces are available.

  • If there are no suitable future dates for you to transfer to we can provide a voucher.

Last minute cancellations (up to 24 hours notice):

  • You can arrange for someone else to take your place at any time, but please notify us of their name and contact details within 24 hours of the class.

Class & event cancellations by us

If we have to cancel a class or event, you will be given at least 24 hours notice and offered a transfer to another class or event, a voucher to be used at another time or a full refund.

We require a minimum of 3 bookings per class and 7 bookings per retreat . If the class or event is cancelled due to low numbers, you will be given at least 24 hours notice and offered a transfer to another class or event, a voucher to be used at another time or a full refund.

We will not be held liable for any costs that you may incur in the unlikely event of a class or event cancellation by us.

Under 16s

Unfortunately we currently cannot cater for persons under the age of 16 to attend our classes or events.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with our products in any way, please get in touch with us right away. 

Certain products are exempt from being returned - this includes all digital PDF pattern packs and gift cards which are are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is an error with the digital product, you have the right to request a repair or replacement. If we cannot remedy the issue within a reasonable time, we may offer you a full or partial refund.

We will exchange or refund physical products, returned to us in the same condition in which they were received - i.e. unopened, unused and with proof of purchase included.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the product to us.

If the product you ordered was faulty, you have the right to return it within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.

If you are due a refund, the credit will be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 14 days of the item being returned to us.
