In person sewing classes
IN PERSON CLASSES IN SHEFFIELD
We believe that sewing in person with other sewists is the best way to learn new skills and develop your understanding of this wonderful craft. It’s also a really fun and interesting way to meet new people and gives you space and time to explore new ideas. We endeavour to make our class experiences enjoyable, calm and tranquil, so that you leave not only with a well fitted garment but also a sense of mindful appreciation for what you have achieved. We offer group classes for specific garments and also private classes for individual / group tuition. Izzy will take you through the process step-by-step and provide all the help and support you need. Class sizes are kept small to promote a calm working environment and to ensure everybody receives the attention they require. See below for details.
Spend 3 days learning how to draft your own bespoke dress block with Izzy in Sheffield. Leave the masterclass with a bespoke sleeved block which will allow you to design your own sewing patterns. Limited to 4 participants per course.

Draft your own bespoke trouser block in Sheffield over 3 days with Izzy. Leave the masterclass with a fully fitted trouser block which will allow you to design your own sewing patterns. Limited to 4 participants per course.

Spend 3 days learning how to sew your own pair of fully fitted jeans with Izzy. Leave the workshop with a bespoke jeans pattern that will allow you to recreate multiple styles of trousers in a wide variety of fabric. Limited to 6 participants per course.

We also offer private group and individual sewing classes, bespoke for you and / or your friends. Sessions are available during weekdays or evenings at £40/hr pp.
