Pattern Description
The Rydal Jumpsuit sewing pattern offers three distinct design options, all designed for comfortable stretch jersey fabric. The core design features a flattering V-neck and a relaxed, wide-leg silhouette. Explore the playful possibilities of the playsuit, or create an elegant full-length jumpsuit for versatile style that suits every season.
Supplies
In order to sew the pattern, you will require the following materials:
Fabric (see recommended types below).
Matching thread.
Ribbing (refer to fabric requirements chart below).
Two 5mm wide metal eyelets (optional).
10mm flat drawstring (refer to fabric requirements chart below).
Two drawstring ends.
A strip of interfacing (30mm x 80mm).
Fabric Recommendations
For all variations, use a light to medium weight drapey jersey, such as smooth viscose, with four way stretch that stretches about 40%.
Please refer to the size chart and fabric requirement chart for fabric lengths required for each pattern size.
View A: Playsuit with shorts & short sleeves.
View B: 3/4 length trousers & fitted 3/4 length sleeves.
View C: Full length trouser sand gathered sleeves
